BALANCE

People are wise and experience their lives and everything that happens by thinking, doing and feeling. The moments when you have the feeling that you have the wind behind you are the moments when thinking, doing and feeling are in an optimal balance for you. You do what you say, you say what you think and you think from what you experience. That feels good and natural.
There are also times when you have the feeling you are in stormy weather. That is the moment that you need to start moving and start a change. In that case thinking, doing and feeling are not optimally balanced. This can make you want to discover a new balance between thinking, feeling and doing. That new balance will be different for every person. Each new equilibrium is also constantly in motion due to the infinite events in our lives, both in your professional life and in your private life.
